It was with great pleasure that we announced the new names for the boys on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, during a live Facebook feed! Thank you to all those who joined us and a special thank you to everyone who donated and submitted a name. These sweet boys will no longer be just a number and will never be considered a thing intended for consumption. Roo, Johnny Cash, Houdini, Eddie, Chico, and Spirit will be ambassadors for peace and compassion! Each time we call their names we're honoring them as sentient beings who deserve gentleness.
