Join The Gentle Barn Founders, Ellie Laks and Jay Weiner, staff, volunteers and supporters for an evening under the stars as we unite to recognize individuals who have propelled the organization’s growth, pay tribute to the animals who’ve changed countless lives, and honor our shared mission to create a kinder, more gentler world for all. This will truly be an evening to remember.
The Gentle Barn rescues animals from severe abuse and neglect who are too old, sick, lame, or scared to be adopted into homes. We are sanctuary to horses, donkeys, cows, pigs, sheep, goats, turkeys, chickens, llamas, peacocks, emus, cats and dogs. Once rehabilitated, the animals help us give hope and inspiration to children with the same stories.
The Gentle Barn Emergency Vet Fund was created to address the immediate veterinary needs of our rescued animals. Almost every animal rescued requires some form of special treatment. While we provide these animals with high-quality care, there are times when they are faced with unexpected veterinary emergencies. In most cases, these emergencies are quickly resolved, but some require extended care and are usually very expensive. The Gentle Barn Emergency Vet Fund will serve as a restricted fund that will be used to cover veterinary expenses and any cost associated with the emergency care of our animals.Visit Our Donate Page To Contribute
