This week Magic went back out to pasture for the first time since his surgery. After his Epiploic Foramen extraction surgery, Magic was at the hospital for a couple of weeks. When he came home, he had to stay quiet and calm for another few weeks. We have been taking him for hand walks twice each day, he got to visit with his friends from outside the pasture, and we have been giving him lots of TLC and special treats. This week, he is finally recovered and strong enough to go back to his normal routine of eating breakfast, getting groomed, and then going out to pasture with all his friends to spend the day playing, napping, and socializing until dinner. We are all so relieved that his rare condition and surgery is far behind us and we can look forward to many more years of health and happiness.
Magic’s vet bill is $11,000! If you can donate towards his medical expenses we would be so very grateful! You can also sponsor Magic and help us with his care each month! We cannot do this work without you, thank you for being a part of our gentle family!
