Read Valentine's Story ^{(In Memoriam)}

Valentine was actually born at The Gentle Barn a few weeks after we rescued her mom, Tia from an extreme cruelty case. Unlike her mom, Valentine only knew kindness, dignity, respect, and happiness for her entire life. She grew up not only with her mom, but with a large bovine family who helped raise and love her. She had friends, gentle hands, daily grooming, and bedtime cookies everyday. Named Valentine for the heart on her forehead, she showed each person who knew her, that really truly, all we need is love!
