Spirit is the 6th cow of the St Louis Six. He escaped the slaughter house with his brothers but because of his injuries during the round up process back to the slaughterhouse, Spirit was too ill to survive. Spirit passed away in our arms with love, dignity, and a name. Although he never got to live the freedom his brothers have, his memory lives on in everything we do at The Gentle Barn Missouri!
