Charlene Spiteri, Development Director, The Gentle Barn: Charlene joined The Gentle Barn as the Director of Development in 2020, and brings over a decade of experience in non-profit development, with a particular focus on education and animal welfare. Prior to her joining The Gentle Barn, Charlene served as the Foundation Director at iLEAD Schools, where she led initiatives in personalized project-based learning for youth from TK to 12th grade, demonstrating a commitment to educational excellence. Her passion for improving the lives of animals, families, and children is what inspired her to join The Gentle Barn, where she is actively contributing to meaningful change.
