Adam Smith is the Director of Technical Development with The Gentle Barn. He brings with him over 21 years of experience in the Internet/Web & IT industry, having both run his own consulting business for over 15 years as well as being a part of the various corporate IT departments, user groups, mentorships, and start-ups.

Adam Smith joined The Gentle Barn to make a difference in the non-profit animal sanctuary space and apply much of the streamlining efforts and technical integrations that leading commercial companies use to help grow and carry on The Gentle Barn’s mission with the ever-growing technical challenges that the business world is now faced with.

The Gentle Barn is a personal passion for both Adam and his family. Adam along with his family has a deep love of animals and has fostered and adopted many animals into their home from The Gentle Barn and other local sanctuaries.
