John is an experienced digital media executive who has been at the forefront of online video, marketing, and e-commerce. Skilled in building media businesses, strategic business development, and managing diverse teams of all sizes. Successfully negotiated hundreds of contracts with Fortune media, technology, and entertainment companies, launched online channels and specialty web sites. Creating and implementing next-generation business models for OTT and television.
Currently, John is the CEO of Dooya Media Group (Dooya.tv) an enterprise OTT video workflow solution to optimize online video, expand data to track viewing, insert ads and distribute to all top streaming platforms
In addition to Digital Distribution, John has a strong background in eCommerce. In 1994 John launched what was to be the first of many online ventures: eMerchandise.com. Since then John have launched eCommerce solutions for Sony, NBC, The Henson Company, AOL, Tribune, Viacom, HBO, Paramount and Hollywood Online.
