May was brought to us by a family who could not afford to care for her properly. She was scared and defensive at first, but with time, patience, lots of love, and peanut butter sandwiches, we won her over. She loves her life at The Gentle Barn Missouri now! May spends her days outside exploring with her family of pot belly pigs, resting in the sun, and having deep conversations with our cow, Story. Her nights are cozy, warm, and safe as she snores with the other pigs in their cozy straw beds. As well as her sandwiches, May loves bananas, watermelon, and belly rubs. She might not have had the best start in life, but May is living it up now and always will have the care, affection, and luxury that all animals deserve.
