Tours & Groups Interest

For your donation, this package includes a 1-hour session for 1-2 guests with our cows. You will get to meditate with them and hug them. By the end of the hour, we hope you will feel more hopeful, inspired, and more deeply connected to yourself and the world around you!

• Donation: $200
• 2 people max (Only ages 14+ allowed)
• 1-hour sessions are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
• Time slots: 12p-1p or 1p-2p
• This visit DOES NOT include time with any other animals on the property.

The Gentle Barn's staff or volunteers are there to facilitate the connection and provide safety between you and the cows but they are NOT therapists, and in no way offer medical or mental health advice themselves. In the event that additional mental health support is needed, The Gentle Barn recommends reaching out to a licensed mental health clinician.

For your donation, you will get an intimate 2-hour experience as we share the history of The Gentle Barn, personally introduce you to all of our animals, and share their stories of rescue and recovery with you.

• 11 - 20 guests (Mixed housholds, Adults Only)
  • This is intended to be in intimate experience for a small group of organized adults only. This is ideal for company team building.
• 2-hour sessions held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
• Time slots: 10a-12p or 2p-4p

For your donation, this package includes a 2 hour sessions providing children from any background a great opportunity to learn about farm animals with their unique features and personalities. Scout troops, home school groups, school classrooms, church groups or any other group of children are all welcome to have a field trip here.

Your group will get an intimate 2-hour experience as we share the history of The Gentle Barn, personally introduce you to all of our animals, and share their stories of rescue and recovery. You will also get to brush and hug our cows, feed the horses carrots, give our pig's tummy rubs, and hold the chickens. It is an experience unlike any other!

Public & Private Traditional Schools:

• Donation: $400 (minimum commitment of 20 kids & adults)
• $20/person over intial 20 people
• Maximum of 1 classroom
• Maximum of 20 adults
• All guests 2 years of age and older count toward the total number.
• Children under 2 years of age do not require additional donations.
• 2-hour sessions held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
• Time slots: 10a-12p or 2p-4p

Home & Non-Traditional Schools:

• Donation: $400 (minimum commitment for up to 20 kids & adults)
• $20/person over intial 20 people
• Maximum of 25 kids
• Maximum of 25 Adults
• All guests 2 years of age and older count toward the total number.
• Children under 2 years of age do not require additional donations.
• 2-hour sessions held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
• Time slots: 10a-12p or 2p-4p

All Day, Private Tour: For a $1,000 donation, this package includes a 6-hour private guided tour for 1 household only, 5 guests max, private one-on-one time with all of our animals, and a delicious vegan lunch included with us.

• 3-hour sessions held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
• All guests 2 years of age and older count toward the total number.
• Children under 2 years of age do not require additional donations.
• Celebration must be for 6 years or older.
• Time slots: 10a-1p or 1p-4p

Virtual Private Tour: For a $400 donation, this package includes an intimate 1-2 hour experience (depending on group participation) through Zoom. We will share the history of The Gentle Barn, personally introduce you to all of our animals, and share their stories of rescue and recovery. It is an experience unlike any other! Max of 30 guests/sign-ins (unless otherwise approved)

Virtual Field Trip: For a $400 donation, this package includes an intimate 1-2 hour experience (depending on group participation) through Zoom. Children from any background are provided a great opportunity to learn about farm animals with their unique features and personalities. Scout troops, home school groups, school classrooms, church groups or any other group of children are all welcome to have a field trip here. Max of 30 guests/sign-ins (unless otherwise approved)

A Virtual Corporate/Organization Meeting, DROP IN! This package includes a 10-minute virtual visit with animals. We will virtually join your private Zoom call with our barnyard animals to bring some extra magic and joy to your meeting or gathering!

• 20 minute DOUBLE sessions available for $200 donation
