The Inside Scoop: Jill in California

A Gentle giant in many ways. I am honored to be Biscuit's Volunteer caregiver on Sunday’s. My introduction to The Gentle Barn, CA was on Mother's Day in 2015. I found an ad for The Gentle Barn on the last page of magazine called "Live Happy.” I never knew this was right in my backyard! Long story short, when I visited The Gentle Barn, I brought my son and fiancé and enjoyed the energy and interaction of the animals with the people. I felt like I went to church or I visited heaven due to the simplicity and authentic, unconditional love exhibited. My invitation to watch Biscuit is a blessing. Biscuit has the right idea of being. He is content with all of his expression of life regardless of his challenges. He is the Patriarch of The Gentle Barn and has many friends in the barnyard who show up when his door to his stall is open. It's no wonder why on his 10th celebration of life he thrives due to the weekly expression of kindness, love, and happiness shared with him every week. Happy Healthy 10th birthday Biscuit. You are Amazing!
