ONE PUMPKIN PIE
1 PIE CRUST
2 CUPS SOLID-PACK CANNED PUMPKIN
1 CUP NON DAIRY MILK (RICH SOY MILK WORKS BEST)
3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/4 CUP CORN STARCH
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/4 TSP. XANTHAN GUM
1 1/2 TSP. PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
MIX ALL TOGETHER. POUR IN PIE CRUST. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES. MUST CHILL FOR 24 HOURS FOR BEST RESULTS.
